"Courtney was excellent on the phone. Initially, I was a bit gruff with her only because I was mentally worn out and comparing insurance policies and going through the grueling details that all that implies and requires (I did feebly apologize). I simply called the office to request an email address to send a written cancellation notice of my homeowners insurance because I had secured a different homeowners policy with another company and I know that written notice is important in canceling insurance policies and it was on the due date/end date of my yearly policy, so it was a hard deadline. Courtney was patient and bright with me on the phone and I know how hard it can be dealing with customers on the phone or in person because I did that as my job for most of my life. I felt bad for being gruff, but all I wanted was an email address and to not be dragged into a conversation of trying to make me stay with the policy that I had already compared and done all the homework and footwork there of. Courtney was very helpful and pleasant. She did not try to upsell me or keep me on the phone asking a bunch of questions that I was not in any mood to answer. Courtney did her job effectively and with courtesy and patience and with a bright quality to her voice. She is most definitely an asset to you, I can tell you that. As a side reference, I have maintained my car insurance through State Farm. I simply chose to change my homeowners insurance for specific reasons. Wesley Greene‘s company has always been a pleasure to deal with over the 12 years I have consistently been doing business with them. Thank you, Courtney for easily taking care of the last leg of this chore I had to take on. You were a pleasure to deal with."
