"2026 Update Kim at State Farm (Wesley Greene office in Asheville NC) has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with to renew our insurance and make changes to one of our policies. Thanks very much, Kim, for all your help! We are new to North Carolina but had planned to stay with the same insurance company we’ve had for 15 years when we moved. However, after some frustrating interactions with them we decided to investigate other insurance companies. State Farm consistently received rave reviews. Next, we started looking for a local agent and were lucky enough to find Terry Hughes in Asheville. Beginning with the first phone call, Terry was friendly, down-to-earth, and above all else, incredibly knowledgeable. He helped us determine exactly what coverage we needed for our new home, as well as coverage for our cars, and also an umbrella policy that we requested. Terry also explained each step we need to take in order to obtain our North Carolina drivers licenses and register our cars, and he made sure we had all required documents. Every interaction with Terry has been pleasant and helpful, and he’s been very available. We’re so glad we found him and switched to State Farm!"
