"This has easily been the worst experience with any insurance office I have dealt with. I cancelled my auto insurance effective 02/18/25 after being a customer for 10+ years. I contacted customer service about my life policy and they told me my auto policy was still active. When I called Wesley Greene’s office about my $118 bill for my auto policy, the lady I spoke to was very apologetic and said she would suspend my SFPP until everything had updated and the I would be paper billed the correct amount. Today I received a text message saying my bill of $118 was past due. When I inquired how my bill was the same amount that it had been before I cancelled my auto policy, the person did not respond. I requested a final paper bill be mailed to me so I can have proof that I have paid my policy in full. If I had it to do all over again, I would avoid this office like the plague. No one seems to know what is going on and every time I speak to someone, they tell me something completely different. My advice is to RUN far and fast away from this office! It has been nothing but stress and headache since I moved my business to this office."

"This agent took over Melanie Franklin's practice when she retired, and I am now his client. While his team has been friendly, his agency has not provided adequate service in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene. I have been a client of State Farm for 40 years, and during a time of great need, this agent was not there to support me. The service has been unacceptable."

"Do not do business with this agent. They are extremely shady. I asked for a quote for a home insurance policy that needed some specifics. They said they cannot write this. Fine. No harm done. Then they proceed to send a bill for an insurance policy that they never provided. And keep sending it. I went into office, I gentleman I was dealing with was shocked that they did that because he knew they couldn’t write it. Now I get to spend a day and half plus dealing with them trying to fix their mistake. Shady agent, shady business, there are plenty of other options to go with"

"We had a terrible experience with this office. After getting several quotes from different companies I found State Farm had a good price. We switched mine and my husband car policies. About 6 weeks after switching we were contacted that underwriting had reviewed our case and found my husbands license was not valid. We explained to them over and over again that he did had a valid license and we didn’t know why they were saying that. They then gave us final notice that if he didn’t correct his license they were canceling our comprehensive policy on both vehicles. Despite trying to reason with them and getting a document from the dmv that showed his CDL they canceled out policy. We switched to GEICO the same day who looked up my husbands license on the dmv in about 30 seconds and said “yes it’s completely fine” State Farm, do better."

"All that it generally takes with Mr Greene's office to solve a problem or ask a question is just a simple phone call. In this case, I have no means of printing my new legally required auto insurance card (POI), and with a call, they put copies in the mail to me. Ain't life grand!?!"

"Jeremy Greene provided conflicting information when contacted about house damage. At first, he stated that this claim should be covered. After a few weeks, he finally got back to me stating that the claim wasn't covered. He took his own time to response to his client which is very poor for insurance agent and he should be more professional with his job. Very disappointing and sad. I wouldn't use State Farm again."
